That is pretty funny. I’m sure that having to pose with your blown-up spinach helped ease the frustration of spinach sludge all over your kitchen. I just hope that Spencer paid for your modeling skills by cleaning it all up! Thanks for the good laugh!
What a mess! Do your spinach concoctions actually taste good?
They do – any spinachey taste is overrun by the fruit. I usually put a frozen banana and other berries in there… that one was strawberries and peaches. Often I do strawberries and blueberries. They’re very yummy.

Ok Emily, I am a little caught up – just read about your herniated disk and cortisone shot. You poor dear girl. How are you holding up? Pilates sounds wonderful. I really need to drop 20 lbs. i used to be thin and fit and had headaches and now I am puffy and round and have headaches. Realise that whether I feel like it or not, exercise is a must. Now I am going on the treadmill with an aching back and head every day. What a picnic, this life!
