What’s for Dinner Wednesday?

April 19th, 2006

What’s for dinner? hmm. i think that we’re gonna have scalloped potatoes and ham. we’ve got some leftover ham from easter dinner, and of course loads of potatoes. :) it’ll be my second time trying to make this; the first time was (of course) a disaster.

so tell me what YOU’RE having for dinner tonight – seriously. or if you don’t know yet – what did you have for dinner last night? feel free to link to a recipe on your site!!

thanks for playing!

What you’re cooking sounds good! I have no clue what we’re having tonight. It may be fend for yourself night at out house.

Last night we had bbq shredded chicken sandwiches and rotel. It was quick and easy. Busy week around my house so that could be the trend the rest of the week….

What are we having? I wish I new. Probably leftovers from the other night (yakisoba). Unless the hubby offers to go out again. He’s offered a couple times the last few days and I’ve always had something already going.

Side note, about the sushi, the nori, or seaweed sheets I’ve seen at Albertsons and I saw them at Macey’s but when I went there (Maceys)last all they had were strips (make sure you check about that, from the outside they often look the same. It was a lot cheaper to get it at an asian store, but if you have to travel far to get to one, it might not be worth the gas. But since you live in SLC I don’t know if you have any gourmet grocery stores, the might have stuff in the asian aisle. Good luck.

No cereal tonight. I made a maple ham and swiss cheese sandwich. And had some potato salad.

Dessert I couldn’t help and had 4 of the mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.

    Oh, and some lemonade.

    MMMMMMM, GOOD!
